Google focuses on irritating fake play catches and misleading pop-ups

IN A move that has energized netizens all over the place, Google has declared it will war against a standout amongst the most irritating things on the web.

The tech goliath said it would make a move to check fake "download" and "play" catches that endeavor to misdirect clients into tapping on something they don't need. Such advertisements are most usually found on document sharing and video spilling locales, and take clients to nosy promotions — regularly offering get-rich-fast plans — or even malevolent programming.

The move is an augmentation of its 'Sheltered Browsing' activity dispatched eight years back and patched up in November.

Google reported the move in its online security blog with a posting titled: "Not any more Deceptive Download Buttons".
